Fashion

Fashion Through the Decades

On June 17, 2017 the museum hosted an open house highlighting our extensive clothing collection. The inspiration for this exhibit came from the celebration of Canada 150. We decided to feature clothing from our collection dating back to the 1890's. To create an overall theme for the style of clothing we chose weddings. This gave us the ability to highlight some of our fancier outfits, including a wedding dress, bridesmaid dress, and tuxedo.
