50th Anniversary
On June 8th 2024 the Museum celebrated its 50th Anniversary with an open house, program, and refreshments. The Museum open house began at 2pm, where guests toured the museum, then at 3 guests headed over to the Community Hall for the program. Museum President and MC, Donna Peterson, presented the 50th anniversary certificate from MP Blaine Calkins and then former Museum member, Ed Hornett cut the cake. Next, dignitaries Jennifer Johnson, John Ireland, Rob Fair, and Karli Kendall all spoke. John Ireland also presented the Museum with a Plaque for 50 years. After the program, guests enjoyed cake, fruit, and beverages.
